We needed 3 large full length curtains for the downstairs of our house. Helen and the team were really helpful , gave great advice on the hanging style and we were really pleased with the fabric choices that we could choose based on our budget. Great service overall and the curtains look amazing.
Can’t understand a business that ignores a potential customer. I messaged with a question about curtains, got one reply then was totally ignored. I got what I needed from Dunelm. Promoting people to ‘shop local’ is much more than just sticking a sign in your window. You have to also be proactive in communicating!
