My faith restored in Garages. From the first point of contact with Andrew, this garage is exceptional. Purchased a really nice quality used car which was delivered to me some 100 miles away and I can't express enough how straight forward the whole experience has been. A truly trust worthy family garage who go above and beyond. Will not hesitate to recommend and to go back when I come to replace this one. Thank you Andrew and Team.
Just bought a car from Edward Johnson's Garage in Otley. We dealt with Andrew all the way through and what a seamless process it was. Nothing was too much trouble and Andrew kept us in regular contact throughout. We collected the car last week and it was presented immaculately. A great experience overall and very pleased indeed.
Booked my car in for repair last week, not knowing which garage to choose I just googled the local ones. They were absolutely fantastic and did everything for us, they rang our warranty company themselves and organised payment, we did absolutely nothing! The car was fixed and returned within 2 days. Definitely our go to garage now! Brilliant service

I have recently purchased a volvo xc60 from Edward Johnson Otley, the staff at the garage especially Dan, could not do enough for me to help, everyone who I met there were genuine people. Dan delivered the vehicle to my home at no extra cost. This garage when it opened in 1948 must of had a set of morals and values and have stood by these morals and values, they truly was wonderful with everything they did. I would highly recommend this garage to anyone who wanted to purchase a car.
