I discovered a car I purchased recently was not fit to be on the road . I turned to Otley Workshop for help . They turned up within the hour , took the vehicle away and chased the seller , the paperwork and even took car to the police compound. A family run business that went above and beyond to offer the best customer service ever. Highly recommend . Can not thank Otely Workshop enough.
We called Old Otley Workshop on a Sunday afternoon. The car window was stuck down and we were to drive France the next day. He worked on it until it was fixed for us and MOT'd the other car whilst we were away. Brilliant service, wouldn't have had our summer holiday without him. Thanks.
Ive used Eric a few times now once for an off roader I sunk in a river Eric came and pulled us out took us back home on a cold winter evening. Friendly helpful service couldn't recommend enough. Will definitely be using him again
Eric was fantastic! Went out of his way on bank holiday weekend to come and diagnose a few issues at very short notice.. very friendly and helpful, would absolutely recommend 👍
