James Davidson was very helpful when I went to view and test drive the new Renault 5 model. The handover was good with explanations of the controls and options. I wish there were a better printed guide for main functions - but that's a Renault issue. I'm very happy with the service and the car.

Once again - as I have purchased many cars from here - thank you Kineholm Garage for another great purchase. Many thanks also goes to Bryn for looking after me, and for providing me, with a great personalised service and sale; thanks Bryn for expertly, and quickly, programming all the settings for me within my new car! I am very, very happy with my brand new Dacia Sandero.

I took a Renault Kangoo van in for a service and some other work to be done under the warranty relating to the DPF and injection system. After about 3 hours I was sent a link to a video from the mechanic upselling work to the total of £750. I declined the offer of the extra work to be done. I received a call later in the afternoon from the service manager telling me that they couldn’t finish the work that needed to be done because their mechanic was going on holiday for two weeks. I was given the option to bring the van back or leave it with them for two weeks. Two weeks later the van still isn’t finished and still needs work doing. Today I decided to collect the van and take it to another garage to have it sorted. I went to pick the van up they refused to give me the keys I had to use the spare key to drive it away, when I’ve got the van home there is oily hand mark all over the exterior of the van and all over the interior seats.

Bryn, was very experienced and knowledgeable. He made buying a car simple and pleasurable. From the test drive to collection, he was polite and professional. Thank you.
