Great service provided for an anxious buyer! I ordered a Renault 5 in July and was impatiently waiting until it arrived earlier than expected - however a small glitch with Registration (not the dealers fault) led to a delay in receiving the car. I was anxious to get the car but both James and Brett dealt with me courteously, expedited the registration and even delivered the car to my home. It was worth the wait and I'm happy with both the car and the service received.

I found the team very professional putting us at ease straight away. No pushy sales pitch giving us time to assess all buying options. James support was there from the moment we arrived to the collection of my car. I feel happy to call James if I have any questions.

Bryn, who was responsible for our successful transaction in pchsing our new Renault 5 could not have been more helpful. From our first enquiry and decision to pchse, to the safe collection of the vehicle, he was excellent. He explained everything, arranged the Finance, took us through the controls and special features of this EV. Absolutely shocking! I took a van in for an oil and filter service, after about 2 hours I received a video walk round from the mechanic upselling work. I decline the quote for the extra work that they said needed doing. A received a call the the service manager in the afternoon informing me that they couldn’t finish the service because the mechanic was going on holiday. I was given an option of collecting the van and return it in two weeks to be finished or leaving it with them. I decided to leave it and after two weeks the van still wasn’t ready. I decided to collect the van and take it to another dealership. They demanded that I pay for the work in full although it hadn’t been finished and refused to give me the key untill i paid. We was left with no option but the used the spare key to drive away. They still have our key.
