Jodie organised everything smoothly and Ben did a brilliant job of converting our old system to a combi boiler. Worked with us and around our schedules when there were unforseen circumstances with an old house that made the job take longer than planned but Ben was extremely professional and didn't compromise the standard of work to get the job done well. Ben has done my annual boiler service since I moved to the area 4 years ago. He is highly reliable, very diligent and thorough. Ben has also helped sort out a couple of plumbing problems, most recently yesterday when he sorted out my blocked kitchen sink. I only contacted him the night before and he arrived next morning.
