I am happy to share feedback for this ride which was very good and you driver was very pleasant and friendly, but… I have used Bronte many times but last May i booked a taxi as normal through the app in May but it didn’t come at the time booked. I got a dispatch text message at the time it should have arrived which would have made us late. We drove in our car to the event and I cancelled on the app before I set off but have still not received a refund. That is not good in my book!!

We booked Bronte for an 3am trip to Manchester airport and return trip 2 weeks later. I can’t recommend their service highly enough. Driver was prompt on both trips, and drove to a very high standard. Car was clean and comfortable. Cost made this a better option than driving ourselves and parking. We will definitely be using them again

Absolutely superb service the driver engaged in conversation and made us feel very welcome. At the end of our journey we felt quite humbled after a difficult day following a family funeral and his philosophy of life. Absolute credit your firm.

Booked a taxi to collect at 3pm (booked it in the morning to ensure plenty of notification was provided to BRONTE). 3pm came and no taxi was there. A further 15 minutes passed and still no taxi. I had to ring them to only be notified the driver was going to be a further 15 minutes. This has resulted in me missing my train to start the Christmas travel to family and friends. I’m out of pocket by a considerable sum in pre booked train tickets as they didn’t have the courtesy to call to notify a driver would be late. This doesn’t include the whole debacle of sorting alternative travel plans during a busy Xmas period. I’m extremely disappointed by BRONTE as I have often favoured them to other firms in the area, however this occasion has taught me to simply use others in future. To also clarify, when I called and explained the situation, I asked if they could do something, and they said ‘no mate’. Helpful.
