My wife recently experienced an operator error car start failure in the Pateley Bridge car park and was fortunate enough to have Daleside Garage come to her rescue. From start to finish, the service provided was exceptional. A special mention must go to Gale, the receptionist, whose amazing customer service truly stood out. Gale was incredibly helpful and reassuring over the phone, quickly arranging for assistance to be sent our way. Her friendly and professional manner made a stressful situation much more manageable. The team arrived promptly and efficiently diagnosed and resolved the issue, getting us back on the road in no time. Their expertise and dedication to providing top-notch service were evident throughout the entire process. I can't thank Daleside Garage and Gale enough for their excellent service. I highly recommend them to anyone in need of reliable and friendly automotive assistance. Five stars all the way!

Called in on spec with a 2015 Range Rover after a loud thud and subsequent vibration noise developed on a local journey. Very obliging and friendly. Quickly had the car on the ramp and diagnosed broken exhaust clap. Very quickly carried out an excellent and cost effective repair. All the team are outstanding and I would very highly recommend Daleside Garage. Thank you!
Called the garage on Tuesday as I had an oil leak from somewhere on my engine. Daleside had my car in on Thursday morning and had it fixed by lunchtime at a very reasonable price! Very professional and excellent service. Fully recommended these guys!
