Brilliant service. Booked to service a faulty gas fire. Engineer stripped and serviced the fire which is now working perfectly. In addition the fire and coals were given a clean so that the fire looks like new! Booking the appointment was easy and communication was excellent throughout. I would thoroughly recommend.
Couldn't be happier with my new log burner that has been installed, they gave me dates in advance, told me what time they were going to turn up and what was going to be done, I couldn't be home but he kept me updated with pictures and spoke to me with some advice regarding using it for the first few times Thanks to all, really pleasant experience from start to finish! Attached is before and after (yes we are in the middle of a back to plaster renovation)
Boiler stopped, minus 4 and with a new born! John arrived within 30 mins and boiler now serviced and repaired. Many thanks
John installed our wood burning stove for us. This was an installation into a modern house with no fireplace/chimney. He spent time working out a plan and actually persuaded us of a positioning different to our first choice that ended up being absolutely the right decision. He was in regular communication before installation day and I have no doubt he will be on hand after for any follow up questions. I would 100% recommend his services. (Still a little decoration to do as you can see from the photo)
