Scrivens Opticians & Hearing Care

I have been a customer at Scrivens, Penistone for several years and service is always excellent. The optometrist provides exceptional care thoroughly testing the eyes and always providing excellent caring advice. Having dry eye I have had occasion to call in to have my eyes checked when I thought I’d a partical in them(I do diy!) and seen quickly. The manager and staff are equally caring and provide excellent advice and care when choosing glasses. I highly recommend.

The optician was fantastic! The staff in the branch were also very helpful. Extremely thorough when getting the prescription spot on for my new glasses after my operation. Similarly for the new prescription for my right contact lens. She was extremely patient and very professional. Her advice has been invaluable. Fully recommend her. I have total confidence in her.

My wife was extremely nervous about going for an eye test but was made to feel at ease straight away. They let us switch appointments so she could go first. We both felt the service was outstanding. Highly recommend

After having so much trouble with my prisms I went to scrivens at Penistone, from the moment I stepped into the shop I was treated with sheer kindness and respect, Rachel was the optician I saw she was absolutely brilliant kind caring and very knowledgeable with my problem , I will be continuing to use this branch from now on they have all been outstanding I highly recommend Rachel and her staff , Thanku for seeing me today , kind regards Kathryn
