Well what can I say 1st time here this morning and I'm absolutely delighted with my cut and colour! Totally new transformation and I love it! Edwina was so lovely, easy to chat to..as were all the staff and clients too! Very welcoming and already booked for 6 weeks time! Thanks so much Edwina xx

I went to Morgan’s salon Wednesday very unhappy with the colour of my hair but was only booked in for a dry cut, Edwina was brilliant although she was fully booked all day she could tell I was not happy, so suggested we did a re colour, She took time to find out what I really wanted and mixed colours, worked her magic and presto!!!! My hair is now the perfect colour just what I wanted I could not be happier. I have always found all the staff at Morgan’s very friendly and helpful I wouldn’t go anywhere else because I know if the results are not what I wanted they will fix it

Very friendly team you can always guarantee a laugh when you go In but also very professional at the same time. Had no problems when I've had my hair done. Made me feel a million dollars when they did my wedding hair. Thanks ladies carry on being you

Absolutely amazing experience at Morgan’s. The whole team were fabulous! I went for a blow dry and the lady went above and beyond. The finish wash amazing and she was so gentle! Fresh coffee and an amazing atmosphere. Thank you Morgan’s I will be back and a regular customer :)

Just wanted to share my 11 hour ordeal Firstly there was no consultation so I mentioned that the top section has root coverage and the underneath is my natural black hair. When i asked is that the colour going on my hair I was advised no its bleach. I was SHOCKED, thought she would have at least discussed it with me before stripping my hair. I was there 8 hrs, had 2 lots of bleach and 2 lots of colour and the final result was still nowhere near the style and the underneath was a copper rust colour. I paid the full amount plus a tip in good faith as I was told they will make sure I'm happy with final outcome. On my 2nd, 3hr visit they only coloured the top section back to my original black colour, so I said I'm not still happy as this is nor the style or colour I wanted. Both the hairdresser and the owner started arguing with me. I felt humiliated and upset and asked them to stop as I suffer with anxiety. The owner said "stop! Dont even go there so do I and I'm under a hospital consultant." How rude and unsympathetic could another person be towards someone knowing how anxiety feels. As I sat there traumatised and with tears running down my face, a 3rd appt was made. In the mean time I was disgusted at finding out that the owner had accused me of tampering with my hair within minutes of me leaving the salon and had SECRETLY took videos and pictures of me and shared them, I'm sure this a violation of my privacy. The 3rd appt was cancelled by the salon, and stated that a part refund would be only be offered providing that I don't take the matter further and that they accept no liability or wrong doing. I wouldn't even given it a 1 * rating!! Thanks to Images salon I'm now the colour I wanted.
