Wow just wow!! After months of terrible back pain, Ruth helped me get back to my normal activities and pain free! The treatment was professional, thorough, and, most importantly, effective. Ruth taught me how to manage the pain with targeted exercises and stretches rather than just providing temporary relief. She is a gem and incredibly helpful and friendly! I know for any future issues, Ruth will be the person I go back too.

I've had quite a painful neck with restricted movement for the last few days, it was affecting my sleep too. After doing Ruth's pilates class last night it's absolutely fine now.

I have had back issues for around 18 months and seen different physiotherapists and chiropractors with no progress and the same issues. Ruth managed to identify my problem and helped me get back on my feet and also explained to me how to manage any pain on the future. I have now near enough made a full recovery and I’m back to playing sports like I used to. Can not thank Ruth enough for helping me and I highly recommend her.
