Melanie is currently helping me recover from a bad accident. She is a lovely person, professional and knowledgeable about what needs to be done to get me walking again. Moving along from first visit using crutches and barely hobling to now walking without any crutches. The clinic room is warm, cozy and relaxing. She also offers many other therapies and I know that I will return for therapies all year round. I feel positive about my recovery and future now. Thank you Mel your a real star. XXX

In 2022, I needed a steroid injection to deal with inflammation in my right knee. It was successful, but I still suffered pain and weakness in my knee. I was advised that further steroid injections would not be helpful, so Melanie suggested Ostenil. My first injection was in November 2023 and I followed Melanie's advice not to do anything strenuous for a few weeks. Within a week, my wife remarked "You are now walking properly". Within a month, I was able to re-join my walking group and regularly walked 10-15 Km. At the end of September 2024, I began to feel knee pain again; so after consulting Melanie, I had a second injection just over a week ago. Already I am feeling the benefit and expect to re-join the walkers again soon.

Mel does things above and beyond her call of duty and my wife and I cannot thank her enough. During a period of a few weeks we both experienced a spell of illness and were unable to get the problems resolved by local agencies. On consulting Mell she resolved the problems and advised us to quickly attend A and E which we did and this resulted us in being treated for quite serious complaints.
