I was made to feel very comfortable from the beginning as this was my first session and I really didn't know what to expect. Lawrence listened to my problems took some notes and then explained what he was about to do and why. I was kept fully informed throughout the session and I was constantly being asked if I was OK with the exercises he was performing. At the end of the session I was given some exercises to do at home and I was sent a video of how to these correctly at home, which I think is very helpful. The session was very professional throughout and well worth a visit

Following my first appointment and general overall assessment, I am pleased with the amount of information and guidance that I have received. Jack was very accommodating and polite, he was patient and made me feel comfortable at all times. Jack's knowledge came through very well throughout the entire session. The information is then emailed along with exercise advice and guidance, ensuring you gain thorough understanding. I have high hopes now of achieving a good outcome, where my individual needs will be met, and my problems will be eased and much more manageable in the future.

I had my first appointment with Jack. I was amazed as I was expected the same old advice as I used to have before. He came with a solution in a complete different angle, backed with a lot of knowledge and science. He is definitely knows his stuff! I am very pleased as he also sent me some educational videos about how muscles connect in my problem area. Fascinating. I can feel the positive change after 3 days of doing my exercise.
