Pickering Post Office

Absolutely terrible service. And very rude as well. Conned out off 16£ for passport check which he did wrong. And now when passport office said he did it wrong and I have to get a refund, he was so rude and said no refund. And can’t express how rude he was. Will never use that post office again. Complaint made to head office regarding this.

I went to post a parcel I needed my parcel taping I've just not had time. It was only an envelope that needed securing and they wouldn't do it for me. The guy was rude and didn't care. So I had to buy tape that costed £3 to be able to send a small parcel which was £3-4. The parcel I sent was something I'd sold online for £10, but then with fees it's only about £6. Next time I'll just burn the shirt. Post offices have always been helpful and taped secure parcels that have not needed much doing to them. I won't return

This is the only post office I’ve ever been to that has made me buy a pen to write the address 🤦

You'd swear I asked for assistance to visit the moon - the reaction was comically bad. A woman (looked late 50s, died brown hair) gave a masterclass in woeful customer service. I'm not surprised the other single review makes comment to a very rude person here - this woman went out of her way to be a snot. Avoid.
