Kwik Fit - Brighouse

Called in because I had a puncture but it was pointed out that all of my tyres needed replacing (I actually knew this from my latest service). They repaired the puncture for me for free as they didn't have my tyres in stock, to save me having to drive round on the space-saver spare. They got my tyres delivered the next day and replaced them all in less than an hour. Gave me advice about tyre inflation without making me feel thick! Vet friendly staff. There's also a nice cafe next door, which is handy while you're waiting.

We were on holiday visiting family in Brighouse when we got a dashboard warning for low tire pressure. Can't fault the service from Kwik Fit, they kept us informed of the progress & repaired the problem in afew hours. We didn't know the area & relied on word of mouth. The best recommendation in this instance.

I tend to only leave reviews following terrible or excellent customer service... This is for excellent service... THANK YOU! In a nutshell, I got a puncture at home, called up and asked some advice. The advice they gave was excellent. I managed to get the car safely to the shop and I was fortunate that they weren't too busy, so they managed to get my car looked at straight away, fix the puncture and called me to collect my car within 1/2 hour. The service was excellent. The chaps I spoke to were friendly and knowledgeable. You have a very happy customer today, thank you!
