I have purchased online kitchen tap from them, they have send faulty tap. I have paid for the tap £249.50. I been chasing rubberducks bathroom over two weeks. Nothing been fix on top of that one of the staff over the phone was so rude and hang our call and ask us not to call again. I feel like this is a scam for £249.50. I would like to aware don't buy anything from them. Worse experience ever i had with someone.
I ordered a whole Scudo bathroom from Rubberduck because the sales adviser was so friendly and helpful on the phone. Unfortunately the aftercare was a different story. When I phoned to follow up about a chipped unit I had received, the customer service advisor was rude and abrupt, saying he had 70 emails to deal with and not to expect him to talk on the phone. Not ideal when you have a plumber in your house asking what you want to do with a damaged part. When I received a reply from Rubberduck the next day, we were told they would not replace it because our plumber screwed it onto the cupboard to see if we could see the chips once it was in place. This meant we had 'accepted' the product and it would cost £175 for us to replace the chipped part. Nothing was connected or plumbed in and we could easily repack it as delivered but this technicality meant I had no rights to an exchange. On opening up our mirrored cupboard the following week and seeing it smashed to pieces, I held little hope of Rubberduck stepping in to replace the glass. We were just over 14 days from receiving it and I hoped they would understand that the chips in the sink unit had delayed the tradesmen and therefore, we had not opened the mirror within 14 days. Again, computer said no and there was no human touch or flexibility in policy. It's such a shame that old fashioned customer service doesn't exist in this company. Of course I should have opened the boxes and checked every item on delivery. This was my mistake and I won't be making it again. Unless you are prepared to do this, please don't order from Rubberduck.
Terrible service, waiting for days for order to arrive, obviously lost in delivery. Flippant attitude, cheeky, disrespectful. Had to call them several times. Never call back, put you on hold with awful hold music. This has cost a lot of money in lost time and trades standing about. Don't waste your time & money with this company. Talk about Rubber Duck... They couldn't care less and everything is like water off a ducks back! They are the losers, I've got 5 bathrooms to do right now and another 10 next year. I won't be using Rubber Duck again! *UPDATE* - As expected... Your response is NOT accurate. The goods HAVE been lost in transit. The goods were meant to be delivered Tuesday 18th November. Here we are more than a week later and the order is very definitely lost in transit. This was confirmed by your own staff yesterday. You are supposedly to be sending another batch out today for delivery tomorrow. Losing goods in transit is not your fault but, how hot handled it is your responsibility. The poor service outlined above is the bare facts. This project has been delayed costing a lot of expense. No goodwill offer from yourselves, hardly even an apology. Whether the order arrives tomorrow is yet to be seen!
Absolutely appalling. I don't usually leave negative reviews but this company is the worst company I have dealt with. They have supplied us a with a faulty tap and since August, we have been trying to resolve this with them. We have provided them with endless videos and emails detailing all the faults and have followed every instruction they have given us and the Tap still doesn't work. DON'T BUY FROM THIS COMPANY AND FURTHERMORE, DON'T BOTHER BUYING KOGE BY SCUDO BOILING TAPS. They don't even deserve 1 star!!
