For DHL parcel drop offs I *would not* recommend this shop, they failed to hand over my parcel for collection on multiple occasions. Despite over five attempts by DHL during a two week period the parcel was never given to the driver, I even re-visited the shop numerous times to remind them about it and was reassured it'll be passed onto DHL. After many phone calls to DHL customer services and much inconvenience, I had to remove my parcel from the shop and take it myself to the local DHL depot (45 mile round trip) Dropping off my parcel proved difficult for the store keeper as well and took a long time to process. I'd strongly suggest avoiding this place for DHL parcel drop offs.
These people haven’t got a clue when it comes to picking up parcels from DHL. Get your parcels sent somewhere else.
