It was okay, seemed very understaffed and as though some members of staff didn't really want to be there as their attitude when helping a customer with missing food items wasn't great (eye rolls) they also began to dispute with the customer a little bit rudely about the missing food items so perhaps a reminder about how to speak to customers is in order? The floor was really dirty and had packets of empty sauce, napkins, and crumbs all over as well as some of the tables being really dirty too along with the bins being full. The food however was great, really hot and fresh..one member of staff in particular was really nice (didn't get a name but had glasses and shortish hair) and had no problems with changing my drink when I got given the wrong one.
Food was great but I'm a kid so my taste buds haven't developed yet so don't trust me on this. I just like chicken. The sauce was good though. Would come again.
Zero stars on EVERYTHING!! 90 minutes after ordering it's STILL not arrived...staff blame it on the driver as they don't have any...cheek of taking a service charge BEFORE you've eaten...can't get a refund directly either...DONT ORDER VIA JUST EAT....RUBBISH COMPANY...RUBBISH SERVICE.
Cold while sitting to eat. Overly complicated bin system for plastics/cups/food/paper/rubbish, etc. Last thing you want to do when you've just eaten, and are with kids, is to have to separate an entire tray full of rubbish into about 8 different compartments. Toilet was absolutely disgusting, urine all over the floor and toilet seat, unflushed toilet, and with it being the only one, I had to clean it before my 2 kids could use it. (They used it on more than one occasion during the visit, and it was just as bad each use when others had been in.)
Placed order online to collect arrived at shop 2 staff with backs turned to me didn't even acknowledge me could see my order was ready on screen had you shout my orders ready no customer service skills whatsoever need to teach staff to ask customers what they want instead of keeping there backs turned
