For some reason our original review has been deleted. We have been told by subsequent plumbers the bath was put in the wrong way round and that he should have advised us it needed to be the other way around. The toilet has had to be replaced as it has a lid which will give off formaldehyde fumes. No one else we have spoken to have ever heard of a toilet seat like this. It was impossible to find a alternative to fit so it meant a whole new toilet. Feels like shoddy material to us. Now after only 7 months the bathroom tap is sticking and squeeking. Also a dip in the floor he said he would fix is back again. May look OK on the surface afterwards but you soon realise the quality just isn't there. Very disappointed and has caused a lot of stress and heartache. Also a lot of extra expense and inconvenience. No wonder he just wanted to give us a little bit back when we first complained as the expense of putting things right is horrendous. Every other plumber we have spoken to said they would always put things right and it seemed dodgy that they offered some money back.
Had a new boiler and radiators installed by home plan ll. Great job done. Thank you
Had my bathroom updated with wallboard, excellent job. Attention to detail is really good.
