Our boiler packed in on Wednesday night, a friend recommended Rhys Thursday morning and following a call he came to the house a couple of hours later. He was very professional, knowledgeable and put me at ease with the situation. He quoted a great price and agreed to do the job the following morning. I was at work while the boiler was done but my partner said they arrived on time, were polite, efficient and tidy. Im over the moon with end product. Would definitely recommend RB Plumbing and Heating and will be using them going forward.
We chose RB Plumbing and heating for a new boiler installation in a property we are currently renovating, this involved changing from an old conventional system to a more efficient Combi boiler. On his first visit to the property Rhys was very knowledgeable and helpful, he was very accommodating with our requirements and nothing seemed too much trouble for him. He gave a very competitive quote and when it came to the installation date both Rhys and Dan were very professional and did an excellent job. Will definitely be using them again for our bathroom installation as well as any other plumbing work that will be needed and highly recommend them.
Rhys and Dan did an excellent job supplying and fitting our new boiler Contacted Dan on Friday due ro issues with our old boiler, arrived within the hour discussed options and new boiler fitted Monday Excellent service. No mess you wouldn't know they had been. Highly recommend
Rhys did a fantastic job on my bathroom and I would highly recommend him for all plumbing and heating work. He was so helpful and knowledgeable and went above and beyond. Along with Dan he sorted and arranged everything from the rip-out, plastering and tiling prior to fitting. Skilled, competitively priced and very reliable I have already had him fit a new boiler too.
Rhys is a very nice young man very polite, more to the point he knows what he's doing. Very helpful. Will definitely use Rhys again for all my boiler/plumbing needs
