O love getting my nails done hear. So friendly can have a proper conversation would highly recommend this nail salon, they also so do eyebrow wax and pedicure

I've been using Hong's for just over a year now and still stand by my initial review...these guys are absolutely amazing! Nothing is too much trouble! They're friendly and I feel relaxed every visit. Brilliant nail artist! Nails are always perfect! Clean and welcoming environment. Amazing designs that last! Excellent! Brilliant service! If you haven't booked you might need to wait a while...believe me it is worth it! Would 100% recommend!

Appalling attitude from the man. I called in today and couldn’t wait to get out. Pulling and pushing my hands about. Even hit me in the back of my hand with nail file. You need to brush up massively on your customer service skills. Will never return again and I will advise no one else to use you

I would not recommend this nail salon I was not happy with the customer service they were rude towards me . I feel that my nails were very expensive for what I asked for which was coffin shaped red acrylics. The nails that were applied didn’t fit my nail sizes correctly as they were too big the tips that they used I have had a nail break of within a week of having them done . Also on one of my nails the glue wasn’t applied properly and was causing me to catch it when doing daily tasks.
