James recently treated me for a trapped nerve in my neck with pain radiating down my arm and into my fingers . The pain was excruciating. Painkillers weren’t helping but James immediately diagnosed the issue and his treatment and understanding of the issue was brilliant . Took a few weeks but there was a gradual improvement and now I’m fully pain free . Highly recommend professional service .
I have been to Redcar Physiotherapy and Sports Injury clinic on more than one occasion and for different reasons and would definitely go again. I would highly recommend to anyone needing Physiotherapy treatment to give them a call. I have only dealt with James, and I have found him to be very polite, professional, extremely knowledgable and very good at identifying and rectifying whatever issues you may have. Currently they have all necessary controls in place during the present Covid situation..
I recently had a 1st appointment with James and found it OK after paying deposit upfront and further full payment which inc the deposit for the next session. It was the anniversary of my brothers death which I had made them aware as had to change my appointment. I wasn't happy that they wanted to charge another deposit. Emails back and forth showed proof that the business is more money driven than actually providing a service. Therefore I will not be returning.
My physio was with Louise who provided good professional advice. I had injured my hand and after an operation months before, I needed guidance on what physio I needed to undertake With the advice I learned not only what exercises to undertake, but how frequently to do them.
James is very knowledgeable and professional, he was able to give me good advice and help improve my strength and stability after injury. Would definitely recommend this physiotherapist
