Lily went out of her way to reset my elderly mother's iPhone. It was not an easy process but she took her time explaining things clearly and offering reassurance to my mum. I cannot thank her enough for the time and the trouble she took to sort this matter out. Thank you!

I had a battery replacement and after a couple of weeks, my screen became unresponsive in the bottom left hand corner. I persevered, by rotating my phone, but it got worse, so took it in for a repair. The guy told me the damage was due to the battery expanding. THE NEW BATTERY THAT I’D JUST RECENTLY HAD FITTED BY HIS TECHNICIAN !!! He offered to replace the screen and battery for £80 -it should have been £90 I can’t believe that he expected me to pay when it was the battery that has ruined my phone!!!

Very polite and good service they look after you with good hospitality they don't press you into buying the latest Tec they show you what you can afford helping you from a new phone, tablet to an internet provider. Lots of accessories for the phones such as charging leads , plugs , headphones also they can put screen protectors on your screen a must have. I have a warranty for a new battery or the charging port speaker for a couple of pound a week. I had a new battery replaced not too long ago. I'm very pleased with their services and if I have any problems with my phone I don't hesitate to the shop. There's lots of offers on with most the networks they provide so be quick to get a bargain All the very best goes to the team of the fonehouse Redcar

TLDR; Went in expecting to buy a Google Pixel and get a fair trade‑in, based on their website and glowing reviews. They don’t stock Pixels, staff were unhelpful, in‑store prices aren’t listed online, and I had to push just to get a vague quote. Whole experience felt misleading — wouldn’t recommend. I went in looking for a Google Pixel phone, and the second I mentioned it, I was told flat out: “We don’t stock the Pixels.” Honestly, it feels like potluck whether they had the phone you want in at all. The staff didn’t seem interested in helping us either. I was drawn here was because I thought that since they have physical stores, the price was good online + good trade in I thought the store would mirror the website. But it doesn’t. The in‑store pricing seems separate and a store price isn’t even shown on the website. I also asked for a quote on my current phone, The bloke didn’t even want to look at it — I had to basically pressure him to do so, I just wanted a ballpark figure. Only then did he reluctantly check it and throw out a vague range of £70–£160, £70 for a well looked after device is a joke. He even speculated about screen burn, then backtracked saying “it could be the wallpaper.” a very bold claim to make, apart from just looking at the display for a few seconds did no other testing to prove that claim, so I doubt it. Overall, the lack of stock, transparency, and willingness to help made for a disappointing experience. Even if the prices look decent on their online site, the way this place operates feels misleading — not a business I’d recommend. Also worth noting: I was genuinely surprised to see so many glowing 5‑star reviews here. Based on that, I expected to walk out with a Pixel and a decent trade‑in experience — instead, I left frustrated and empty‑handed. It makes me question how reflective these reviews really are. 🤔🤔🤔
