K.H. Heating

I recently had a new boiler installation carried out by KH Heating who I would 100% guarantee. From start to finish they provided an exemplary service from the girls in the office and the remarkable heating engineer Jamie. His work was impeccable and very professional from start of the installation until the end. He fitted it with exceptional knowledge and accuracy which he completed in 1 day. I cannot thank everyone enough at KH Heating especially Jamie, thank you!

Karl came in the summer to quote for installation of a new oil fired central heating system that can operate alongside our existing Boru multifuel boiler stove. He did this by incorporating a Dunsley Neutraliser into his proposal. He quoted us a mid November start date and a 2 week installation period. Completed 1day late but fitted with exemplary pipe engineering, fitting and knowledge. It was a complex job as can be seen on the photos. I am more than happy to recommend them a 10* out of 10 job; Gary their top installation engineer is fantastic 😀, backed by colleagues, apprentices, Karl and Sharon in the office.

We have just had our bathroom ripped out and completely refurbished, and the boiler changed, by Karl's teams of plumbers, plasterers, tilers and electricians. To say that we are delighted would be an understatement. The standard of workmanship is excellent throughout. Where once we had a dribble for a shower we now have limitless hot water from a "rainfall" head, with an additional hand held shower, all in a glass walk in enclosure. The basin appears to defy gravity, fixed to the immaculate tiling, and the bath fits neatly in the opposite side of the bathroom with a toilet to match. Highlights for us, though not for the plumber Lee who had to do it, were drilling through the 22 inch stone walls to connect the wastes to the external pipework, and the way he managed to conceal his work. Darren, who squared off a very odd shaped bathroom so that the shower tray and tiling would fit, was absolutely superb. There were so many other jobs he had to tackle, and all with good humour and tirelessly. Any concerns we had were all dealt with by Karl, in charge of the whole project. We wholeheartedly recommend this company.

What an amazing team. Rang in despair if I’m being honest. How hard can it be to find someone to replace an electric boiler. Each company I rang you need an electrician no you need a plumber. I eventually managed to get three quotes in the end but from first calling KH it was only a positive experience. Sharon was so lovely and understanding apologetic that they were so busy I would have to wait two weeks for Ross to come out and give me a quote. It was worth the wait. Ross was fab. Took his time. The only person who explained how the new system would work and the process. He promised the quote within a time scale and delivered. The quote was the most reasonable and Sharon was swift at booking the job in. The fitter arrived on time and did an amazing job. Really respectful of my home and so professional. Absolutely fantastic team and service.

Outstanding service. My personal circumstances were taken into account, I was a brand new customer but despite how busy the team was I was treated as a ‘special customer’. I felt cared for and well looked after and my heating went from being completely broke to having a new boiler fitted within 24 hours. Being unwell myself and having 2 young children I will be eternally grateful for the outstanding service and support that I received. I met 4 members of the team and they all worked seamlessly to support each other! A real stand out business. I won’t be going anywhere else for my heating and plumbing requirements!
