Fantastic service . Had a few quotes and liked James and James straight away. Chose them because they had a plan from the off and seemed very knowledgeable and efficient . 200kg oil boiler replacement in an upstairs room was a major task . All the work completed in a couple of days and all cleaned up and finished while we were away. They came as soon as we rang them and they appreciated we had small children with no heating and hot water and squeezed us in working late Friday night so we had a warm house to come back to Saturday morning . Opening the front door to feel warmth was nothing short of miraculous with the timescales and the task of fitting that massive boiler . We now have a fully smart working system , better hot water pressure all round and you couldn’t tell they had been it was all clean and tidy . Cannot recommend highly enough . Thank you so much

I hired zebra plumbing after British Gas cut of my gas cooker, boiler, fireplace and charged me £394.00 for the privilege and wanted an extra £200+ to turn it back on. I found zebra plumbing to be fantastic they fitted a new boiler baxi combi and fixed what British Gas did. They were there 7-8 hrs and did a full job cleaned the pipes , radiators. Removed all the slush from them fitted a new boiler new valve etc.. I'm so pleased I intend to call them for a further job and have recommended them. Very professional and proud of they work. Can't recommend these guys highly enough. I've had a couple of things go wrong with our plumbing and they've come out quickly to assess the job and fixed it quickly. The last thing they did, replacing a shower unit, they did a great job of sourcing a replacement so the new one could go in and cover any holes left by the old broken one, so the whole thing looks like it was always like that. On top of that they are nice guys, friendly, totally trustworthy, and reasonably priced.

Jacob of Zebras team … Josh and Luke did excellent job of removing old night storage heaters and installing modern up to date 24 hr use ones with WiFi and timers. Jacob was very helpful at initial survey and recommended the new radiators Josh and Luke were excellent workmen to have in the house Friendly Polite courteous and cleaned up after themselves Recommended

Zebra Property Solutions NE have been excellent. They have always been courteous, their standard of work is very high. Despite a difficult year they have continued be positive and helpful. I have no hesitation in recommending them. 5 star!
