I brought a white Isuzu dmax blade 2016 with “69,000” miles. The man (Craig I think was his name ) on the phone to my wife was brilliant everything I asked for he did happy with every thing, so we travel up from Devon. On arrival we were greeted with 3 miserable men, not very welcoming at all. The young lad I was dealing with was pushy with cutting the test drive short, sale of vehicle and warranty. Customer service shocking apart from Craig. The level of cleanliness of the truck bad as well. When we got home I inspected the vehicle in alittle more depth. what I found due to my suspicion of it being mapped (assured it wasn’t) I’m now very much looking forward to my MOT. Ps they pestered my wife for a re view via calls and emails a poor way to run a “high end car sales business”
