Tegan was fabulous - we hadn't even gone in to buy a car (just looking) but she talked to us and found out what we were actually looking for - and as luck would have it.... we bought one. We're so pleased with it, and have even signed up for their service plan. Tegan had talked us through all our options and has been helpful with a snag (not their fault) we found after purchase. The car we bought has some of their warranty period left and we think it's really good value for money. Would recommend Petch.

Went to see about a new car and dealt with Tegan. We knew the car and spec we wanted and she dealt with us so well I felt like she was part of the family! Advised of all the add ons we would need and would be of benefit to us having a new car. When we collected the car was made to feel so special and she showed us all what the car had and how to operate everything. Nothing seemed too much trouble and she is a credit to the car industry

Since purchasing, I’ve had my car serviced there and the aftercare has been just as impressive. The staff are always polite, professional and genuinely take pride in their work. Popped into SG Petch service department as I had a sudden loss of tyre pressure after hitting a pot hole. Mechanic was excellent and quickly removed wheel to check entire tyre, which was lucky as he found a large slash on the inside wall which could have blown out at any time…especially on our local pot hole filled roads. Vickie (service office) very kindly set up a work order and a replacement tyre was balanced and fitted within 30 mins. Excellent job by everyone involved, especially as I was a drop in job. My only issues was the cost of the tyre, which was well over twice that of some of their competitors, but I couldn’t go anywhere else as it was deemed unsafe to continue driving with the damaged tyre. So in conclusion, it was a great service but a little more expensive than I expected.

The SG Petch Richmond team were brilliant, when i bought the cleaning lady's old car. I mainly dealt with Keeley, who kept me right from start to finish. She gave me such a fun,enjoyable & relaxing test ride, i felt like i was sat next to someone i'd known for years ! Highly recommend.
