Period House Store

The fireplace tiles are absolutely gorgeous - beautiful subtly luminous glaze with traditional relief moulding and elegant retro design. They are works of art, and we love them! Also very impressed with and grateful for Period House Store's integrity and kindness - they were super helpful when we broke one of our tiles and found a replacement for us quickly and at a negligible charge (another company was going to charge us £30 for the same tile!).

We have recently bought all the cast iron radiators for our house refurbishment from period house store and we are really pleased. Emma spend a long time going through my order with me over the phone and sent me several very detailed emails to ensure I had all the information and so my plumber could prep the pipework. The order arrived a little earlier than expected and the radiators are fantastic. Just what we were looking for and great customer service.

Wow! Great service and a wonderful range. We were doing a big renovation of our Victorian property and used the period house store to furnish two bathrooms and also we bought from them all of our radiators. The results are beautiful. Emma was super helpful as we had lots (and lots) of queries along the way, but each time our issues were answered promptly and efficiently. We are very pleased with the result. Our Hurlingham bath is a particular show stopper!

Brilliant store that always go above and beyond with their customer service. We have bought a number of cast iron radiators whilst renovating two houses. The products are always spot on and Emma is always on hand to chase up deliveries and solve any issues that may arise. A really great place if you want quality products you can rely on.

We asked Sarah to help us design a kitchen and utility room. Sarah had loads of great ideas and helped us choose styles, colors and fittings. She helped us to think about things we hadn’t even considered. The designs Sarah came up with were amazing and helped us visualize what it all would look like. Sarah has some great contacts Including suppliers and fitters who travelled long distance to fit our units. We are thrilled with the final product, as we now have usable space and a really well planned kitchen and utility. The layout has been so well thought out to ensure that everything fits (doors on units and appliances fit perfectly when open) and the positions of everything gives us a fantastic working layout with everything to hand. As our kitchen was being built we changed some of the dimensions, which Sarah did for us with no problems. Another thing we really liked is that Sarah arranged for us to visit the granite top supplier to see the quality of the product and to help us to decide on the type of stone and styles. Overall, a fantastic level of dedicated service.
