These guys were amazing. I turned up with flat tyre on a Saturday afternoon. I know nothing but they didn't attempt to sell me a new tyre just cracked on with a repair and good advice concerning the the condition of other 3 tyres. Fast, honest, polite, nice guys. Use them.

Called in on Sunday afternoon for some car parts and spoke with Lee. He couldn’t have been more helpful, friendly and professional. Nothing was too much trouble for him. My wife and I commented later on what a great place it was and how lucky Richmond is to have it. I’ve heard several friends and neighbours praise Swale car parts and Richmond Car Centre. I can see now why it’s held in such high regard.

I have had friendly service from Caroline and this time I dealt with Danielle who likes to try and blind you with science. I was told I needed a new turbo for my car. They didn't check the car only put it on the computer. My partner knew it just needed an actuator, so he called them to let them know. This is when they checked and realised he was right. I went to pick my car up and on the bill REVIVE TURBO was written on it with a cost of £50 plus vat. The cost had been put up another £60 due to this strange extra cost . Danielle explained that they needed to stick the computer on to clear the error code. I believe this takes seconds and could be known as something that needs to be done to calibrate the actuator. My partner in over 40 years of being a mechanic has certainly not heard of this. I had visions of my turbo being given mouth to mouth. I had a budget and was quoted a price, if that price goes up common courtesy should be to call the customer. My partner should have billed them for letting them know what to do. I am worrying for my car now if anything else will go wrong after they have touched it. What makes matters worse is that another customer there spoke to me and they had tried to add another £120 on his bill. Needless to say I won't be going back. It's sad as Caroline and Lee are great people. Garages would make more money if they were honest, as they would get repeat business.

I WOULD OF GIVE THEM NO STARS AT ALL ENTER AT OWN RISK DO NOT GET ANYTHING FROM SWALES AUTO SERVICES RICHMOND OFF LEE CON MAN he is what makes peoples like us all suffer and make them true sales men look bad I got a finance car from here from sales conman lee and it was the worst thing I ever did the car was a vauxhall zafira sri turbo 15 reg it was broke from the start leaking from under the middle off car it oil pressure too high smoke coming from under bonnet clutch when pressed stuck to the floor and then a had to stop car and lift the pedal up i rang them and told them they told me to drive there thats 50 miles there for them to give me a courtesy car with 200.000 miles on what was rusted with bald tyres no brakes drives back home for that to brake a rang them they said can't do nothing and no other courtesy cars available for 2weeks so got left with no car for weeks I ring them to ask them were my car is and had it been fixed Caroline and Danielle were no help spoke rude to me down the phone every time a rang up for a update about the car then a month later i ring them they say cars fixed they send it back the next day it broke again I ring them cos its still not fixed with worse problems now they come got car and give me a other courtesy car what had about 250.000 mile one with no back lights and wasn't insured the told me it was a got pulled by police while a was picking my kids up and the police said it wasn't insured there was no brake lights rang them they said to me to drive back to the dealers in Richmond and they will change it the car what there give broke down on the motorway on way bk with my kid and misses in the timing belt snapped and nearly caused me to crash I rang them a told them what had happened caroline laughed at me down the phone and said I have to walk then they kept my car for 4 months and never fixed it by that time the had test drove it to Newcastle and went through the tyne tunnel and got me a £60 fine and nearly got me points on licence then drove back to Richmond then test drove it into the ground put all sorts of miles on by that time I was sick off it all so I rejected the finance but by that time they drove it into the ground put loads of miles on I ended up with no refund back they caused me bad depression and I now suffer with panic attacks over it all Caroline and Danielle are the most rudest horrible people known they took money off for miles what they put on kept the car months and test drove it into the ground so I cudnt get nothing!! ROTTEN PEOPLE !! AVOID SCAMMERS

How kind and helpful. Had a nail in tyre ….5pm looked at straight away even tho very very busy …. took nail out , I was lucky tyre intact😊 Thank you Swale Autos … defo be back for tyres.
