Gilling Road Sub Post Office

Please don't use as a Amazon pick up location! Despite initially being told that my parcel wasn't there, it was (but in the cupboard not on the shelf), the assistant told me I couldn't have my parcel as their phone for scanning barcodes wasn't working! I'm there (with ID), my parcel is there, but common sense and customer service clearly wasn't there. Had to go home without it, save yourself some time and patience and use one of the automated lockers, much more reliable than a human being that can't use technology.

Pretty rude, just shouted over another customer that they are closed. Despite the confirmed timings placed here. Not great wasting people's time in the morning. I recommend updating your online timings to reflect.

Don’t answer the phone Had a parcel that has been stuck there since the 15th of December. It is currently the 2nd of January and still hasn’t moved. Very disappointed since this was supposed to be a Christmas present
