The White Goose hosts a wonderfully chilled atmosphere where people come to enjoy the eclectic range of drinks we serve. Boasting a collection of gin that would excite any true connoisseur, we have created a menu that can ease you into the world of artisanal production and yet still celebrate the success of the biggest producers. Our whisky shelves are stocked with drams from across the world; emphasising the beauty and complexity of this famous liquid. Most importantly, our passionate and informed staff can perfectly accommodate an adventure of taste and keep you trying something new visit after visit.

Having acts booked throughout the year is establishing the Goose as the place to come for live music and hosting a range of other events too, means that there is always something new going on.

Our venue is designed to offer something different. On the whole we provide refined comfort, with a few imaginative and quirky touches. Our gin lamps for example, always attract attention, and the ever expanding wall of photos, depicting Pocklington through the ages, offer a great back drop as you enjoy your favourite tipple.
