Appalling customer service. Female cashier was abrupt and rude when I was trying to use a service I was unfamiliar with, then ignored me and made me rejoin the back of a long queue Would give zero star if I could I also have not used their car wash in years as it's dangerous to exit across the path of incoming vehicles and last time I got stuck for 20 mins as all the pumps were busy and cars badly parked so that even when I had left the carwash I couldn't move off the forecourt

I spend a lot of money in there on a weekly basis, fuel, dinners etc, and now they stop you using the toilet. Will shop elsewhere now. Hi Camilla, it would seem your comments to the staff have made no difference, they have now put a sign up stopping you using the toilet, and a very rude sign it is too. I find it disgusting customer service to prevent good customers from using the toilet whilst going about their travels.

The woman manager( well i think its a woman ) need to learn to be more customer friendly and treat her staff better and not to shout at them in front of customers, you might treat your staff like that in the country you come from be in the uk we treat our staff with respect.

Plenty of pumps, friendly staff and a well stocked shop. They also have plentiful parking for those that choose to spend a bit of time shopping so thankfully they don't have to remain parked at a pump while they browse the items on offer

Easy access just of the old north road Ripon, amenities are access to file, drive through car wash, jet wash, air and hover, there is a mini supermarket on site, where you also a hot drink.
