Needed help paying my rent due to it being my first time. Called up, on hold for 35 mins, spoke to an adviser for less than one minute, gave me a number that didn't work, and now i'm back on hold again. All i want, is to just talk to someone, but that is net to impossible now.
I have no central heating and no hot water I have been phoning since 9am this morning (Thursday 20 November) and had to phone Jess who is a great but she is the only good "apple' in the whole rotten barrel of 'apples" RMBC!
Absolutely rubbish all i want to do is sort out My rent @ pole tax web site no good not answering phone lines how do I do what I need to. No star if possible. Get labour out
Phoned up over a council tax issue and was waiting for a form to come through the post. A week later no letter so as we were at Rotherham we called in. The lady on the front desk was friendly and helpful and gave us the local number. Even the security guard was friendly. When we phoned the letter had been sent on the 18th(it was now 26th) So we did everything on the phone there and then and hopefully its all sorted. Still waiting for the letter but having worked for Royal Mail for over 22yrs I'll say no more 🙄
