Recently I ordered loft insulation from your. Rotherham depot. Mistakenly I over ordered the amount. I telephoned the depot concerned to explain the situation to them. The person That I spoke to responded reassuringly and courteously. I was told that the excess of insulation would be collected in the near future from my home free of charge and that I would be refunded the cost of the excess. I commend the honesty, efficiency and reassurances that I received from all staff concerned. Dealt with Jack, I took him the measurements of my walls and he advised me on the amount of panels I needed cutting, and how much adhesive I'd need and arranged for everything to be cut to bespoke sizes and organised delivery. I also wanted some light switches and plug sockets which were not in stock, but Jack sourced them from another branch, collected them and delivered them to me. He went above and beyond!

Helpful staff but the showroom is a mess , filthy and parts missing accessories not hung up just laid on the floor . The dust was disgusting. If this is their idea of a nice display I don't want know what the service is like . Poor

Very polite, knowledgeable and helpful staff. The kitchen and Bathroom showroom is beautiful and well worth a visit. Would highly recommend.

The staff here were really nice, the place wasn’t crowded, and the prices for some items are better than other shops. Overall, a very good experience.
