Been coming here for years, where do i start. Brilliant customer service from all at YBS, Lisa, Mandy and Emma are fantastic. Really make you feel welcome and have brilliant sense of humour, they go beyond to assist you with any queries and resolve any issues. I’ve been to numerous banks over the years but the level of customer satisfaction I’ve experienced at YBS Rotherham is exceptional. Keep up the good work ladies, see you next month. Khan.
Ive been with this branch for quite a while and there is a closer bank to me, but ill not use a different branch. Lisa and emma in the Rotherham branch are all amazing they can't do enough to help. I'd not use that branch if it didn't have the staff it has. I look forward to going. They deserve a big pay rise.id advice anyone to get an account with the Rotherham branch.

Small building society branch on the edge of town, welcoming friendly staff. I would suggest you make an appointment if you want to open an account to make sure that they can accommodate you.
