Used First choice website to find a used alternator for my van, and these guys were one of three to respond....they weren't quite the cheapest, but they did send a couple of pictures of their part so I could see it was exactly the same. On arrival (THE NEXT DAY) it looked like the alternator had been refurbished (had some new parts fitted to it), and on fitting it all worked perfectly. All in all ,delighted with price, product and service! Would definitely use them (and First Choice) again
Sold me a gearbox WITH A HOLE IN. I have booked time off work spent £50 on oil and am all ready to fit it. When I called them they said "it's not detrimental" you can send it back. I got it on a UPS carrier how am I gonna send it back how am I going to get my time back for my days off. They should have called and asked if I still wanted it and they did not
