Coopers Auto Body | Car Body Shop, Rotherham

Just picked my car up from Coopers Auto Body after I had a someone bump into me breaking and distorting my front bumper. Took it down to Nathan for an assessment and estimate for the insurance on what the car needed didn’t have an appointment just called in on the off chance and he was straight out and couldn’t have been anymore helpful. Got me an estimate sorted that day! The work they have done is 1st class the paint match is flawless on the new bumper. Had a couple of other bits done that I paid for extra and I’m more than happy with what I paid for the work they have done.👌 If I ever need any more body work done I’ll be using Nathan and his team. I honestly can’t thank Coopers enough. I was involved in a non-fault accident and after being pressured by my Insurance to use their nominated repair centre my car was deemed to be a ‘total loss’. I was devastated thinking I was going to lose my car not to mention that the pay-out offered was well below market value and they were adding additional fees to scrap the car. Thankfully I was put in contact with Coopers who assured me I could nominate them as my repairer and they could give a second opinion. The insurance company were very difficult trying to steer me to agreeing to the original quote however, thanks to Coopers knowledge and guidance I was able to advise them of my legal rights and they had no choice but to send the car to Coopers. That was the end of my communication with my insurer, after hours of phone conversations and emails it was all sorted within a day. All I had to do was collect my car when it was repaired. There were some delays on parts but I was kept updated every step of the way. I cannot believe it is the same car I am over the moon. All new parts have been fitted it’s like brand new car again. As a young girl the situation has been very stressful and intimidating but Coopers have made the experience so straightforward and stress free. I wish I had known my rights at the time so they could have dealt with my repairs from the very beginning. Thanks so much to Leon, Nathan and the rest of the team who helped repair my car. Fantastic place, run by very helpful gentleman called Nathan. Found the place after I was involved in a Non Fault Car Accident. So glad I did. From the 1st interaction, Nathan was so helpful, and professional, explaining that I could use any garage for the repairs after an accident. I wasnt aware of this. He informed me, of all my rights, and instructed me, extremely clearly, on every step of the journey, from dropping the car off, to picking it up, and kept me updated with phone calls, every couple of days or so. If you are unlucky enough to be involved in a vehicle crash, then, instruct the insurance company, you want Coopers to do the repairs. You will not be disappointed

I was recommended coopers auto body by a lot of people when I’d asked for body repair shops on Facebook. I went to coopers for a quote and was met by Nathan, he was so polite and professional and didn’t judge me for driving into my gate post (that had been there 25 years). I’d gone for a quote from another couple of places however coopers auto body felt like the best fit for my car as I knew it’d be fixed to a high standard. I didn’t realise how much of a high standard that would be! Nathan was very informative and kept me updated. The car was completed in the same week. Even scratches on the other side of the car had gone. I could not be happier with the repairs, it looks like I’ve just driven it off the show room and hasn’t looked this good since I bought it. I would not recommend anywhere else, and will only ever be taking my car back here (fingers crossed I don’t drive into any more gate posts). Nathan and his team were amazing when I needed it most. I wrote my car off ,Nathan inspected it and gave me a very detailed report along with advice on how to proceed and next steps as I had no idea. Nathan and his team returned my calls emails in a promptly manner and provided me with all the information I needed. I will definitely be taking any future cars here and will recommend to friends and family. Its very rare to find someone who wants to help these days and is not just out for what they can get.
