Ever since their management changed the service has improved a lot. The area is well maintained and the staff know what they are doing which made my experience much better.
The staff don't know English. They put my Ebay Click and Collect parcels in some outgoing parcel bags. Lost my two parcels now. Staff needs training and English skills.

Don’t use this as parcel pick up, 2nd time my parcel says delivered and staff say it’s lost, come back later they say to be told same thing. Rude staff .
