Fantastic place. Brilliant staff. Helpful polite and professional. I have used Pet Station several times and will be using them in the future. Their knowledge of fish is extensive and they are always happy to help. The livestock is good and healthy. There range is really good. These are just a small selection of the fish I have bought from them. I bought my tank from them and they delivered and assembled it for a small fee. Outstanding service. I would definitely recommend using them.

Was given diseased fish's 3 new fish died and one of the fish already in tank. The tank is got the fish from had gone, they said to me they sold out. Not wanting to admit they had a diseased batch. Water level was perfect for adding new fish. Won't use again. Update after owner’s replyI’ve been keeping tropical fish for over seven years and only changed shop because I recently moved to Rotherham. This wasn’t about a refund, it was about losing pets and wanting the new shop I tried to at least show some care over what happened.After buying three new fish, all three died very quickly, followed by one of my existing fish. My tank is fully cycled and tested with an API Master Kit: ammonia 0, nitrite 0, nitrate around 20, pH about 7.4–7.6, temperature stable at 24–25°C, with shrimp and a snail all doing well. The only thing that changed was the addition of these fish.In the shop I did know what species they were, but I wanted to double‑check by looking at the tank they came from. That tank had gone, and I was told they had “sold out”, which felt convenient given I had just reported three sudden deaths. In the reply to my review it’s suggested I couldn’t identify the fish and that I didn’t bring a water sample; in fact, no one asked me for one at the time.What I found most disappointing wasn’t just the loss of the fish, but the lack of empathy both in the shop and in the written response. My previous local shop treated situations like this as if a family pet had died – they listened, checked their own tanks, and were genuinely sorry, even when no refund was involved. Here there was still no “sorry for your loss”, and no sign of wanting to look into a possible issue with that batch.I appreciate running a business is hard, but how a shop handles problems says a lot. On this experience I won’t be using Pet Station again, and I think other fishkeepers should be aware of how concerns over livestock losses may be handled, this is my honest opinion.

Always been a fan of this place, been using them since they first opened. Staff are knowledgeable and have the answers to our questions about their fish. Prices are complete and they have so much to choose from wether it be ornaments, fish or fish food. They also sell small pet food, bedding, rabbits and birds. Definitely give them a visit.

Since this shop opened, we have been regular customers. Always a fab atmosphere on entering you are greeted with smiling faces. Welcome all our family and children and to top it off, amazing value for money. Hats off to you pet station for always providing a top tier customer service. Thank you!

They have sold me fish that are unwell. My tank has been up and running for a week before I purchased these fish. I've done water tests everyday since putting the fish in there. Gradually over the last 4 days my goldfish have lost scales and just seem unhappy in general. I've lost 2 fish in 2 days with clear water tests. I've been and had a word about the situation and was met with snide comments and dirty looks. Unhappy is an understatement with the £40 of fish I bought Edit: it's now day 4 and I've lost 6 fish.
