Can't fault this company for their storage facilities nor their service. Staff are very friendly and professional and Carl has always been willing to go the extra mile in helping or making suggestions when we've considered bigger or smaller units. So if you're looking for a storage unit this should be your first consideration and they also have packing materials on site to buy so everything isat your convenience.

We have had lovely service here so far. Really friendly and helpful. They will go out of their way to accommodate. Carl the owner is really kind and helpful. We had a man with a van called Martin who works for the company and he worked so hard. Nothing was too much trouble. He was so careful with the furniture and very patient and friendly. Couldn’t have had better service. We really appreciated all his hard work. Thank you ☺️

I found the service and friendly staff are “spot on !” I recently moved out of my home and needed temporary storage for my household belongings . Carl (Rotherham branch manager) explained how the system works and recommended the size of unit I would need and the costings. The units are competitively priced and if needed easy to extend the storage week(s) as required. Thanks for your help and wouldn’t hesitate to use again and I definitely recommend 👍

IN SHORT: •Very friendly, helpful staff •Spotless facilities •Feels very secure •Easy access •Plenty of parking & loading space •Useful items on sale at site DETAILED: I needed 12 weeks of storage whilst having some building work done at home. I made a few enquiries with other local storage companies and I didn’t like their pressure selling techniques or constant follow up calls, I also found that the prices they quoted didn’t really include everything and with all the additional costs the price just soared. It was really refreshing to speak with B.E Webbe in Rotherham. We discussed my needs, I was then shown around the different available units and given some advice about what would be required. The advice from Carl was absolutely spot on and I managed to select the right unit to store my gear economically - I was inclined to go bigger but Carl judged it just right from a photo of my garage. B.E Webbe also made it really easy to arrange collection of everything from my house and loaded it into my unit (included in the price). The guys that moved my items to the storage unit were very professional and took great care in their work. Couldn’t really be happier with the entire end-2-end service, I would use them again without a doubt and would definitely recommend that you have a chat with them about your requirements.
