I’ve just returned from our family camping trip and what a beautiful, friendly and pleasant site. After reading reviews after booking I was slightly apprehensive, but everyone’s experience is different. Firstly, the pitch size was incredible. Plenty of room for my tent and the car. My only issues were it was on a slight incline (this was already communicated pre arrival) and we were next to the road. Not a massive issue as I’m always up by 6am before the traffic got heavy. The cleanliness of the site was awesome too, I cannot say a bad word about it. The toilet block was lovely too. The usual morning mess was always cleaned up quickly, and the showers were so warm. The site is definitely a 10/10 and if I’m visiting that part of Yorkshire again I know where I’ll be staying. Lovely site, friendly staff and great experience.

The site was tidy and clean, the toilets and showers were warm clean and tidy. There was noticeable noise from the road particularly from motor bikes. The site is pleasant with a good area for ball games and walking the dog. There is no pub/bar on either the site or nearby or any form of eatery. The reception area is also a small shop with a few essentials. There appears to be quite a few caravans permanently pitched.

This was a great place. Our families first time on a campsite with a caravan we couldn't have been happier. We booked on the day of our arrival, no problem. Arriving late (about 7) , no worries. We just pulled in, instructions were clear to our pitch. Friendly residents, lovely quiet campsite. Tha facilities were spotless, pitches tidy, dog and child friendly and loved the washing up area. The site was a 15 minute drive to bridlington and a welcome fortress of calm after a good busy day in the town. A Mr McDonald drove around and said hello, checked in with us to make sure our stay was nice and told us a bit of history of the site. We will be exploring some other places as this is all new to us but have made a note to return when we revisit this costal area. 10/10, thank you!

A lovely quiet site and an ideal place to recharge batteries in an idyllic location within a walled site. Stayed 4 nights and returning to caravanning after many years. We stayed on this site some 25 years ago and our return did not disappoint. In fact it has improved over the years. The whole experience was fantastic and Neil and Kim the site wardens were so brilliant from the initial enquiry stage to leaving the site. Their assistance, knowledge and advice was so helpful and very much appreciated. We have stayed on many sites over the years and you would have to go some to even come close to matching the organisation of the site, cleanliness of the facilities, size of the pitches, the well stocked shop and the information available. A wonderful site in a fabulous location which is ideal for getting to so many places 10 to 30 minutes drive away and some lovely walks. We cannot wait to return. Thank you Neil and Kim it was a pleasure to meet you both and it is refreshing to see site wardens who actually appear to love what they do.

Nice quiet site, don’t understand why someone said pitches were small mine was easily big enough. Toilet block was very clean and well maintained. Pub a few minutes walk from the site. Friendly staff
