I had minor surgery on my hand to remove a granuloma and the care I received was excellent from start to finish. Mr Muralidhar was calm, professional, and very clear in explaining the procedure and aftercare, which put me at ease. The surgery itself was efficient and well managed. Nurse Jean was equally outstanding - kind, attentive, and reassuring throughout, and very thorough with post-procedure instructions. The whole team made what could have been an anxious experience feel straightforward and well supported. I am very grateful for the care I received and would not hesitate to recommend them.
Excellent customer service and great products. We have an ortho care pack that we give out to our patients and they absolutely love it. 100% recommend. Speedy service and great prices. Qe also give our patients a goodie bag filled with Orthocare products and it's a real crowd-pleaser.
Attention to detail and personalised customer service (I was liaising with Adelle Pearson). Highly recommend.
