It was a lot better than the first time we went. Friendly staff. Shame they had no beef burgers for food as it is a limited menu but kids n wife enjoyed their bicken churgers and fries. The two outside pools are warm and on/off jacuuzi style looking out to the sea, I was surprised the Iodine pool was no more, just another heated pool. The inside kids area was a hit with the young one. The wave pool was so so. Booked it online and got a 3hr slot (more than enough) is it expensive, yes.Access (2 adults, 1 teen and 1 child came to £65) a bit over priced for food if in stock but if you visit on holiday it's more than worth the experience alone. Good half day out! What annoyed me was the parking fee, I didn't expect to go to a facility and pay for parking.

There is no way to pay apart from an annoying online app. It took 30 minutes to install, create an account, verify card etc. Why would you choose to put customers through this?

Went this weekend with campervan to stay the night in carpark as we have done for last 4 years ,though the entire year. Only to find a sign in the carpark say no campervan motorhome overnight stopping, the app didn't even load anyway . So had to park on the main road across from the beach, but after this month their stopping this for motorhome and campervans . So looks like Scarborough is a know for campervan and motorhome from now on. What a load of money their going to lose. Discussing

This is a good sized car park on the north side of town. It is used in summer for visitors to Alpamare water park and part of the car park is attached to the new Premier Inn. When there are concerts at the Open Air Theatre this is a good car park and is just a short walk from the theatre. The only downside to this car park is that there are no road markings so it can be a bit of an adventure driving around it, especially in Summer when the plants and bushes are in full bloom making it difficult to see other drivers.
