Carwash issues when I went this morning. A lovely lady was lone working & went above & beyond, to not only sort carwash fault, but also the customers at the kiosk. 💪🏻👏🏻

The car wash is tragic, non-functioning properly, washing brushes don't work, no liquids, no wax. Money wasted just to rinse the car without any liquids, and it's not for a first time

Went to this petrol station as I had seen review about how helpful the lady was regarding filling a motorhome with water. My partner filled up with diesel while I went to talk to the cashier (Debbie) about filling the water tank. So unhelpful, firstly she claimed to know nothing about it,then when I mentioned about using a hosepipe to fill it she told me there was a hosepipe ban on in the area but all the car washes were working. I even offered to pay.All I could get out of her was "I don't know, I don't know" My partner had now finished the tank around £90 worth and was fuming when I told him we could not have any water. NOT HELPFUL AT ALL. Zero for customer service.

Looks a bit scruffy and uncared for but serviceable. Used the disabled toilet facility. Wasn't spotless but 'any port is good in a storm' There's a hand basin to wash hands but no sign of anything to dry hands on and no waste bin. Petrol ok. Staff friendly.
