Friendly helpfull staff always willing to explain things and help you with all your banking needs
Only given 1 star . Because you can not give 0. Was in recently transferring from 1 account and was told the type of system i require was down. This meant i would have to pay a large charge. Querying this we manged to come to agreement with the helpful bank teller. How ever the manager can on the seen. What a poor attitude he had. I put it to him that if customers do not query things then nothing would be done . I dressed him down asked him to listen to customers. Would be back rhem up instead of doing what senior managment says goes. He did not give a monkey. The paying in machines have never worked correctly

I took some cash out of one of their cash machines and because I have a Monzo bank account I couldn't got there to get the notes changed to smaller amounts. Anyway when I asked a member of staff she understood and went and changed it into smaller notes for me.
When I change three bags of fivety pence and two bags ten pence, first bag missing £1.50, second bag missing £1 Another ten pence bag missing 80p, In this incident, I think the victim not only me, Staff not honest, how can we trust this bank
