The staff do not go out of their way to go the extra mile but the shop does look quite nice inside. Lines can get quite long, however if you pick the right time to go this can be avoided. I do not use the ATM there, as it has not given me my money before and the bank was less than helpful.
Excellent service throughout, Louis went above and beyond to do all he could to help me and elderly father with a problematic issue as we made a special trip from Bridlington which was stressful for my father. Lovely spacious and clean branch. Thank you! 🙂
Called in to santander today to make an appointment to change my account. But I was told I could actually do it there and then. Rob, the manager, came round straight away, opened my bank app, and went through which was the best account that would suit my needs.. Tap. Tap . Tap account swapped in minutes. WOW, excellent service. Well done, Rob, brilliant friendly service definitely with a smile.
Staff very approachable and helpful, although feel sorry for them they always seem short staffed. Can't fault Santander and it's product range. Frustratingly machine ate my cash today when depositing, but staff quickly lodged a dispute and hopefully be sorted out by the morning.
Nice Airy space, Staff friendly.. be prepared to queue a while during busy periods. Worst thing is they shut at 3pm. In my opinion should be 10-4pm for opening hours.
