Great experience from start to finish. Bought a used car from this garage at a great price. The garage ensured any MOT advisories were rectified, Air-con regassed, and even brand new branded floor mats throughout. Car came with a 6 month comprehensive warranty, and the garage even paid for my first 6 months of car tax. A totally different level of service. I would 100% recommend buying a car or getting repairs here if you're looking for peace of mind motoring. Michael & Jack were incredibly pleasant and definitely know what they're doing when it comes to taking care of their customers.
We were recently on Holliday in Scarborough and my Suzuki swift breaks became unusable and then found we did not have the wheel locking nut key. I rang the garage who went above and beyond to help and even sold us a locking nut key and gave us the code to order when home as we were due to go home the next morning. Sorry I didn't get the gentleman's name who helped us, but thank you again you made the situation alot less stressful with your help and patience.
Completely changed my view of buying a car from a dealership as always purchased privately before, whilst holidaying in Scarborough I unfortunately had my car written off whilst parked up. Whilst walking past GT Garage spotted a beautiful Volvo v40 at a reasonable value l decided to take the plunge dreading the usual sales plater, l couldn't of been more wrong Nick the salesman was to prove my wrong, absolutely no hassle. No sales platter. Just honest, professional and very helpful advice , thank you Nick. I would definitely purchase a another vehicle from them in the future.
We bought a nissan juke here 2 weeks ago excellent service, it had a problem with the driver door lock so we took it back a few days later and they fixed it no problem very good service from all really pleased.
Great expirence throughout. Michael was very knowledgeable and wasn't pushy at all. Really happy with our Jimny and would definitely recommend.
