Helen was reliable, friendly and knowledgeable. She helped me after I had a couple of falls, to improve my balance and strength and increased my confidence with my mobility/walking. Super convenient with her being able to come to me at home so I don’t have to worry about finding my way to a clinic. I Would highly recommend to anyone in need of physiotherapy.
I contacted Helen after I suffered a fall at home. She came out to see me the same week, and helped me get back on my feet with some simple exercises and gentle massage. Her friendly manner and willingness to listen were so refreshing.
Helen was so good at my appointment, patient, understanding and knowledgeable. I presented with a painful elbow/arm and have since Helen’s magic touch have finally had some relief from the pain I’ve been suffering from. I’ll be visiting her again soon and can highly recommend her.
Helen has been coming to my husband for a few weeks to help him with his post stroke recovery. Helen is a lovely friendly lady and an excellent physiotherapist and massager 😀
