I have found all members of Duggleby's staff both gracious and very helpful, keeping me informed at every stage of our transaction. The outcome of the sales was extremely satisfactory and I will certainly use them again as and when necessary. Many thanks and a Merry Christmas to all. Sandi
Over priced shipping costs, extremely difficult to understand, clearly can't be trusted!!! £50 to post hardly anything, yet other auction houses can charge a lot less for a much better service! AVOID AT ALL COSTS, DONT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY WITH THIS PLACE!!!
Always friendly and efficient. They get some nice pieces. Commission is quite high and no trade discount, which is a shame. I have never been disappointed with my purchases
Was able to sell the items I submitted to them a while ago, other items now waiting for the relevant sale. Working with Duggleby's was easy, and professional. Opted for BACS payments, and this was processed promptly.
This is a very high level auction house, the staff is very professional! The sale is carried out reliably. Their items are very special. I also wanted to thank the amazing Lucy who is always attentive, and answers every question with taste. The delivery service is excellent! They sent me a package, outside the UK professionally.
